Very nice. Doing yoga does help the mind and body in many ways. I tried doing yoga myself not that long ago. I didn’t go to a studio for it but rather I did it at home. After doing it, I noticed a bit of changes on my body which is a good thing. Of course, I need to be consistent with yoga. If not, then my body will reset again.
Glad to hear that you also enjoy yoga and stretching. 😃
☺
If he was looking around, it is more likely that was why he was there. When I was a newbie in yoga, I focused on the instructors. How would I know if the person next to me was doing it right. The classes I attended were always mixed. The instructors were also equally split between men and women.
Thanks for sharing this. Maybe his purpose was different from my thought. Totally understand, I do too, focus on practicing and following our instructor by all the complicated moves and there is no time for others to check their bodies, etc...
@virgotokyo I focus so I don't fall over and hit someone on the next mat.
We may assume that he was on a mission: test a brand new men's underwear to breaking point on behalf of some company...
👍
Ha! I have not seen them for ages
I thought yoga was supposed to be calming, not arousing. I'm not sure that man has got the hang of yoga.
Exactly, Yoga is all about breathing and taking ourselves time to focus on our inner body, not other's external!
