Anyone I know who I respect & admire, know my feelings about them.
Thanks for sharing and I am glad you let it be known to those you admire and respect.
I hope your Monday is a magnificent start to your new week..
My maternal grandmother. She taught me so much just by living an honest, hard working life. She knew I loved her. In Heaven I can tell her how much I admired her and how I patterned so much of life to echo hers.
Thanks for sharing hon as your grandmother sounds like an amazing lady. And I know that she is smiling down on you and watching over you. I hope you get to tell her when you get to heaven how much you admired her but something tells me she already knows.
I hope your Friday continues to treat you well..
Hugs

There are several people I have admired and respected for who they are and how they treat people including me.
Of course one of the most important was my mother for making me who I am today more so than my father he was a man of the land a farmer and thought my work as a carpenter then as an IT manager in an office was not a proper job.
Thank you for sharing with me your parents sound like loving and so nurturing. Sounds like your father had some interesting jobs there. Farming is a good way to support your family for sure.
I hope your Friday is a fun start to a very Happy Mothers Day weekend..?
Personally I admire people who do good for humanity, but really have no way of telling them so.
Thanks for sharing, and that's great that you admire people who do so much for humanity. I guess the way you could let them know is to join and help out if that makes sense. As one other member said actions do speak louder than words sometimes.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..?
My great uncle who has passed
Thank you for sharing and I am sorry to hear you uncle passed, I had an uncle too that passed that I greatly admired.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..?
Ive never told anyone about how much i admire them....but me interactions with them speak for themselves
Hello and welcome to my blog hon, thank you for stopping in to see the thought provoking question of the week.
Thank you for sharing and your so right about actions speaking for themselves I totally agree.
I hope you continue to enjoy my blogs, and may your Thursday continue to treat you well..
It's not someone exactly, as in a single person, but rather a group - the people that wrote Project 2025. Bear with me, and read on!
They're f'ing geniuses! They've thought of EVERYthing. Every time they lose in court, they've got a Plan B ready to go. Geniuses. EVIL ones, but geniuses none the less. (Too bad they couldn't put all that genius to work for good!!)
Thanks for sharing and when I first read the first part I am like oh hell no..lol. But I get you and your so right if only they had of used what they wrote for the good of the country instead of using it against the country that would of been great.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..?
A boss I had many years ago. He pissed a lot of people off, but he still gained my respect and the respect of others. You can see that he was a good natured man, after the pressure was off of him, but he was a tyrant when work was on.
Thanks for sharing my friend good bosses are hard to come by. I am glad that you had great respect for him.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..?
It would be my father. I never got round to telling him before he died.
Thanks for sharing my friend, and I am so sorry you didn't get the chance to share with him before he passed.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..?
My Grandma, no doubt!!! She taught me almost everything I know, and she taught me to be the one I am now, not everything for sure, she was the MOST IMPORTANT person to me
Thank you for sharing that's so sweet that you would choose your Grandmother, I had the most wonderful maternal grandparents and I would choose my grandfather as he was the most instrumental in my life. and I miss him each and every day.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..
@Tmptrzz I miss my maternal drandma every single day of my lufe
Yes it is, same to you
@KarlssonUlf They were such wonderful grandparents we had. I miss mine too.
Thank you and I hope your Friday is a fun start to a very Happy Mothers Day weekend..?
@Tmptrzz YES, they were!!!
Have a happy mother's day too, here it was las weekend
@KarlssonUlf Thanks so much I will try..
I think the default answer for me is my parents, and possibly for a lot of people.
But I will say my old boss, before he retired, he sold his office to a bigger company. I got folded into the new company and they are fine.
I will say I miss the heydays of my old office with my original boss at the helm. A good boss is very underrated.
It's like that Janet Jackson song 'Got til it's gone'
Now that I really think about it, there are a lot of people I have admired and have shaped me. My 6th grade teacher was a tremendous influence on me. I had a lot of respect for him and his point of view. He was a Air Force pilot during Vietnam and he had the gravitas of military officer.
Most students were afraid of him because he was kinda intense, but I liked his discipline, his "tough but fair" way of being. There were NO class clowns in that classroom.
This is a very good question.
Thank you for sharing as that's a lot of great people you mentioned in your comment. And great bosses are hard to come by that's so true. I am glad you liked this weeks question.
I hope your Thursday continues to treat you well..
